Mark your calendars for September 19th and 20th to attend the 2012 Eastern Pennsylvania Greenways and Trails Summit at DeSales University in Center Valley, PA. This is a fantastic opportunity to get together with trails advocates and to learn more about the importance of landscape connectivity, the economic value of trails, and some innovative ways that communities are working together to enhance recreation and transportation in Eastern Pennsylvania. AMC's Mid-Atlantic Recreation Planner, John Brunner, will be there to lead discussions on the Pennsylvania Highlands Trail Network as well as the use of smart phones and mobile technology in trail planning and recreation.
